About i2i


Innovation to Inclusion aimed to improve access to employment for people with disabilities in Bangladesh and Kenya. It was a three-year programme funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and implemented by a consortium led by pan-disability charity Leonard Cheshire.

Amazing new things we helped to create

As part of the i2i programme, we partnered with mainstream recruiters in Bangladesh and Kenya to launch accessible online job portals. Our team also worked closely on the Disability Data Portal, a digital space for quality quantitative and qualitative disability data.
